Other software for MinION Mk1D
Our device software, MinKNOW, contains everything you need to use your sequencing device and perform basecalling. Explore other categories of software for standalone basecalling and post-basecalling analysis.

Standalone basecalling software
Basecalling software converts raw electrical signals into nucleotide sequences and provides additional data analysis tools. May be used as an alternative to MinKNOW’s built-in basecaller.

Data analysis software
Data analysis software, for example EPI2ME, processes genomic data beyond basecalling. It offers a range of diverse tools for investigations and techniques such as genome assembly, variant calling, and functional analysis.
