The restriction Pore-C protocol is intended for the manipulation of cell suspensions to capture three-dimensional interactions of DNA within chromatin. When sequencing using Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing platforms, Pore-C can enable native sequencing of chromatin conformation capture extracts whilst retaining DNA base modifications. Any sample prepared using the following sample preparation protocols may be used as input.
