Can I use a GPU with MinKNOW to basecall?

Can I use a GPU with MinKNOW to basecall?

Using a GPU to basecall in real-time is performed by default on all Oxford Nanopore devices with integrated compute: GridION, PromethION 2 Integrated, PromethION 24/48, and MinION Mk1C.

MinION Mk1D, MinION Mk1B and PromethION 2 Solo users with a Linux or Windows computer using an NVIDIA GPU or a macOS computer with Apple Silicon GPUs (e.g. M1, M2, M3) can also use the GPU for live basecalling. Please refer to the IT requirement documents for MinION Mk1D and PromethION 2 Solo for more details on GPU compatibility.
