- Fixed a bug where it was possible to perform DNA basecalling but the basecaller output uracil bases instead of thymine.
- Fixed a bug in the mid-barcode detector when running on CPU, where reads which were detected as containing mid-strand barcodes were not correctly marked as unclassified.
- Fixed a bug in the mid-barcode detector when running on CPU, where rear barcodes which were detected mid-strand were labelled with the incorrect barcode IDs.
