Data analysis software
Data analysis software, for example EPI2ME, processes genomic data beyond basecalling. It offers a range of diverse tools for investigations and techniques such as genome assembly, variant calling, and functional analysis.

Standalone basecalling software
Basecalling software converts raw electrical signals into nucleotide sequences and provides additional data analysis tools. May be used as an alternative to MinKNOW’s built-in basecaller.
