All changes applied to the __Ultra-long DNA experiment__ in line with our SQK-ULK114 protocol updates (also implemented 07 Feb 2024).
- Updated the Clean-up stage of the protocol to new method NOT using the Precipitation Star (PS)
- Updated Flow Cell loading instructions specific to ULK libraries

Additional updates to Flow cell washing and reloading in line with our SQK-WSH004 and SQK-WSH004-XL updates.
- Method updated to split the addition of the Flow Cell wash mix into two steps of 200 µl, with a 5 minute pause in-between.
- Updated method with more extensive instructions on use and handling.

- Updated all wash steps to include an extra recommendation to remove waste buffer between flow cell priming mix flushes after a nuclease wash.

- Updated duplex basecalling recommendations to use Dorado and corrected MinKNOW sequencing parameter recommendations.
- Included an image of an example of what can be expected to see in a pore scan on all the wash step pages.
