Not usually. Billable repairs, downtime, and delayed support often cost more than a plan, especially for time‑sensitive or high‑throughput labs.

The Billable process will require ONT to provide you a quotation, and then for you to seek internal approval, and then provide payment or a Purchase Order, prior to support being delivered. This will create delays to our ability to get you back up and running quickly, and increase the costs associated with downtime and lost opportunities.
