What can I try if I am not getting my entire region of interest enriched when using adaptive sampling?

What can I try if I am not getting my entire region of interest enriched when using adaptive sampling?

If you are noticing a drop of coverage on the edges of your targets, you may need to extend the regions of interest to include more bases at the beginning and end, where you are not seeing sufficient enrichment.

If you are finding that some regions you specified are not getting enriched, this could be due to a number of reasons. Most commonly, the bed file contains an error in the line which specifies the unenriched regions. You can use the Bedchecker python script to run a check on your bed file, and ensure it does not contain any errors. (https://labs.epi2me.io/bed-bugs/)

More information about adaptive sampling can be found in the guide here.
