Can I mix legacy and V14 kits on R9.4.1 and R10.4.1 flow cells?

No!

The V14 chemistry kits can only be run on R10.4.1 flow cells : FLO-FLG114 for Flongle, FLO-MIN114 for MinION / GridION and FLO-PRO114M for PromethION.

The legacy chemistry kits (prior to Kit V14 such as SQK-LSK114) can only be run on R9.4.1 flow cells. We have moved many of our low selling and previous chemistry sequencing kits to a new page on the store called Legacy. This ensures our users transition to our newest and best product line, while simplifying our product offering.
