Can I use leftover reagents from a previous chemistry with my new V14 chemistry kit?

No. There is no backwards compatibility with our previous kits and Kit 14 chemistry.

Many of the buffers have been reformulated to provide increased performance and stability. This means that reagents cannot be ‘mixed and matched’ between kits.
