What type of pipettes should I use?

What type of pipettes should I use?

You can use any type of pipette during sample and library preparation, as long as you adhere to correct pipette practice.

For flow cell-facing interactions we recommend the use of single-channel mechanical pipettes for maximum user control. However, use of electronic pipettes may also be suitable if you validate your equipment for our methods.

Please always ensure you are using the correct volume of pipette for your application, and that your equipment has been suitably calibrated to ensure precise measurements.
