Can I store my RNA library for later use with SQK-RNA004?

We only recommend storing the RNA:cDNA hybrid at -80ºC after the reverse transcription and clean-up step (before the adapter ligation).

Once the RNA Ligation Adapter (RLA) is ligated, we recommend running the sample on the flow cell as soon as possible.
