Need to return a device?

Please complete the returns form on the Nanopore Community, and one of the team will be in contact to assist you.

It is important to know why you are returning the device, please state this on the form. For example, if you are upgrading or sending back a faulty device.

For faulty replacements, please include your replacement order number, which will begin with RD. If you have not been provided with a replacement order number, please contact the team to arrange this for you.
