This poster evaluates Oxford Nanopore whole-genome methylation sequencing (WGMS) across three common methylation applications: epigenetic age prediction ('epigenetic clocks'), whole-blood cell-type deconvolution, and a proof-of-principle epigenome-wide association study (EWAS). Using healthy whole-blood samples with matched EPIC array data, we show how WGMS compares with arrays while reaching CpG sites that arrays do not target.

- How WGMS performed comparably to arrays for epigenetic age prediction, cell-type deconvolution, and EWAS
