Targeted sequencing with Oxford Nanopore Technologies

During this seminar we heard from Frederieke Koller, Strategic Relationship Manager- Benelux, Oxford Nanopore Technologies, who will gave an overview of the platform. Following this we heard from Anupama Chandramouli, Technical Services Specialist, Oxford Nanopore Technologies, who presented the latest Cas-9 updates.

We were then joined by guest speakers Thidathip Wongsurawat, Mahidol University, and Alexander Payne, University of Nottingham, who each presented their latest research using nanopore sequencing.
