Julien displayed a table comparing the array and MinION approach for DNA methylation analysis: cost per sample, DNA input, and total sample processing time, are all lower for MinION. Julien concluded that ‘nanopore sequencing is indeed highly suitable for medulloblastoma subgrouping’.
