Abstract
EPI2ME provides best-practice bioinformatics analyses for nanopore sequencing. In this session we will show you how you can simply analyse your sequencing data using EPI2ME desktop, either locally on your desktop or in the cloud. We will also explain how we develop our Nextflow analysis pipelines and take a closer look at some of our most popular workflows. Finally, we will share our latest exciting updates and what you can expect from the team over the next year.
