Biography

Adrien is a computational biologist with a background in epigenomics, transcriptomics, and long-read genomics. He has been working in the Oxford Nanopore research division for three years and is currently leading the efforts to expand the repertoire of modified RNA and DNA bases that can be identified with nanopore sequencing. Before joining Oxford Nanopore Technologies, Adrien worked at EMBL-EBI in the Birney group where he investigated a broad range of topics, including virus epigenetics, cancer epitranscriptomics, and long-read pangenomics.
