Recorded at AACR 2026, this video highlights how real-time Oxford Nanopore sequencing is transforming precision oncology through rapid genomic and epigenomic profiling.

Dr. Parth S. Shah (Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth) presents his approach to accelerating the molecular characterisation of hematologic malignancies using nanopore sequencing. Dr. Bastiaan Tops (Princess Maxima Center) showcases a rapid, methylation-based classification workflow for CNS tumours.

Together, these presentations will demonstrate how rapid molecular insights can be leveraged to inform clinical decision-making and advance time-critical cancer care.
