- In 'Addition of rapid barcodes', steps have been re-arranged to make instructions clearer. Users are now instructed to aliquot water into a clean 96-well plate (Barcode Attachment Plate) first, before pooling PCR pools and adding to the Barcode Attachment Plate. Finally, the barcodes are transferred to the Barcode Attachment Plate.
- Updated steps 'PCR' and 'Pooling samples and clean-up' to include information for volume per sample.
