Discontinued products
Product update: products scheduled to be discontinued
Our latest Kit V14 and R10.4.1 flow cell combination enables users to achieve high output and accuracy of Q20+ (≥99%) at all read lengths; therefore we are discontinuing most of previous kit and flow cell chemistries in March 2024. This is a phased approach which commenced in February 2023.
This process is completed in three steps:
- Products being discontinued are moved from our main store page to the 'Legacy' store page, but they are still available to order via the store.
- With six weeks' notice, products are removed from the 'Legacy' store page and only available through a request to Customer Support.
- Depending on stock level products are discontinued between June 2023 and July 2024 - exact dates will be confirmed to the customers of those kits via email. This will be done with care to ensure that all customers who are mid-way through a project are fully supported.
