Equipped with PromethION devices, we provide scalable Oxford Nanopore sequencing and bioinformatics for whole-genome sequencing, structural variant discovery, direct DNA base modification detection, de novo genome assembly, transcriptomics and customised long-read projects.
Our population-scale experience includes our appointment as the sequencing service provider for 10,000 genomes using Oxford Nanopore technology under Phase II of Singapore’s National Precision Medicine programme, highlighting our capacity to support reliable, high-throughput long-read sequencing at scale.
