NGS-Pronto offers fast, high-resolution typing of 11 HLA loci for up to 96 samples at a time. It includes ProntoAmp for multiplex amplification, ProntoFLX for singleplex/duplex amplification, and ProntoPrep for efficient, high-throughput library preparation. The turnaround time from DNA to report is under 8 hours for 12 samples. Following nanopore sequencing, the data can be directly analysed in NGSengine.
