- Biography
Susie Lee is the Technical Product Manager for Basecalling and Models at Oxford Nanopore Technologies. She works with the teams developing Dorado, MinKNOW, and other analysis software to enhance and accelerate nanopore data processing. Previously, Susie was part of the machine learning and product management teams at BIOS Health, where she developed digital biomarkers for closed-loop neuromodulation treatments of chronic health conditions. Susie holds an MSc in Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technologies from University College London and a BA in Neuroscience with a minor in Computer Science from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
