- Biography
Anoushka is a postdoctoral researcher in the Gürsoy lab at the New York Genome Center. She is working on developing new algorithms to study the 3D structure of the genome, to understand its influence on cell type identity. Previously, Anoushka obtained her PhD from Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, where she worked in the Tilgner lab. During her time there, she focused on technology and algorithm development for studying alternative splicing patterns in the brain at the single-cell/single-nucleus level.
