Talk Title: Epigenomic and fragmentomic analysis of cell-free DNA in cancer with Oxford Nanopore sequencing

In this talk, Billy will discuss how:

  • Short cell-free DNA fragments can be sequenced at scale with nanopore sequencing.

  • Direct single molecule measurement of cfDNA methylation enables a promising biomarker modality for cancer detection and patient monitoring

  • Direct sizing of cfDNA shows significant size differences between healthy donors and those with cancer
