Accelerating precision oncology: Real-time genomic and epigenomic profiling with Oxford Nanopore
sequencing
Date: Monday, April 20
Time: 12:30-1:30 PM PST
Location: Exhibit Hall, Theater C
This industry-sponsored session will highlight how real-time Oxford Nanopore sequencing is transforming precision oncology through rapid genomic and epigenomic profiling. Dr. Parth S. Shah (Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth) will present his approach to accelerating the diagnosis and molecular characterization of hematologic malignancies using nanopore sequencing. Dr. Bastiaan Tops (Prinscess Maxima Center) will showcase a rapid, methylation-based classification workflow for CNS tumors.
Together, these presentations will demonstrate how rapid molecular insights can be leveraged to inform clinical decision-making and advance time-critical cancer care.
Speaker details and registration coming soon.
