This talk will provide an update about the latest advancements in our DNA and RNA basecallers.
Biography
Sam is a Principal Scientist on the machine learning team at Oxford Nanopore and is dedicated to advancing the quality and throughput of Oxford Nanopore’s sequencing technology. His current focus involves driving basecaller innovations from research through to production to achieve this goal.
