Dr. Amit Mathur, a Senior Scientist in cell line development at Sanofi, is renowned for his work on mammalian cell characterization through OMICS technologies. A trailblazer in the transcriptomic and proteomic analysis of CHO cells, Dr. Mathur spearheads a team dedicated to the development and characterization of Sanofi’s cell lines via next-generation sequencing. His career includes pivotal roles at Amgen and Merck, following a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Dr. Michael Betenbaugh’s lab at Johns Hopkins University.
