How do I export logs from my device?

To export logs to the /data/logs directory on please navigate in the GUI to Host Settings > Help and select Export under Export Logs.

The logs will be downloaded as a TGZ file in the /data/logs directory.

Once the logs have been generated into a TGZ file, you can navigate to the File Manager to transfer the logs onto a USB drive or connect to your device and transfer the files directly onto another computer.
