How do I update the application?
On starting the application, you will be informed if an update is available for the application. Updates to the application can also be downloaded from the website. The workflows can also be updated – there is an update option on each workflow page that will update the workflow code to the latest version. Please see the Nanopore Community for bioinformatics release notes that will introduce the latest versions.
