Why is my order pending?

Not sure about the 'Pending' status on your order? This usually means our Order Team has not yet reviewed your order, rest assured, they will!

In certain instances, we are unable to accept the purchase order document that has been uploaded. If that is the case, our Order Team will be in contact with the person who placed the order as soon as possible, to discuss and resolve it.

Your order status will be updated, and be dispalyed in your My Account.
