- Update to improved 5mC_5hmC and 5mCG_5hmCG modified base models for V5.2 models. These new models improve modified base calling for all-context 5mC_5hmC. Note that there is minimal benefit to re-basecalling datasets already called with the v5.2.0 v1 CpG context models, as there will be little or no change to the results.
- Fix a runtime error when modified base calling on Hopper GPUs.
- Add ch and PU tags to FastQ headers.
- Fix missing metadata in output folder and file names for dorado align command.
