Guppy is a data processing toolkit that contains the Oxford Nanopore Technologies' production basecalling algorithms and several bioinformatic post-processing features.

This software is no longer supported, and we recommend all customers to upgrade to the latest basecaller, Dorado.

  • Bug fixes, including addressing auto batch size issues and demux crashes
