- Fixed a bug that caused guppy_basecaller to crash when calibration strand detection was enabled.
- guppy_barcoder now skips reads which contain invalid sequences (including "empty" reads with no sequence, such as those that can be emitted from an aligner). No summary entries are created for these reads.
- guppy_aligner and guppy_barcoder now accept FASTQ records that do not contain a run_id field in their description, instead of producing a large number of warning messages.
