Is it possible to run MinKNOW local basecaller on existing data sets?

Is it possible to run MinKNOW local basecaller on existing data sets?

MinKNOW can be used to basecall existing datasets or to re-basecall previously basecalled data using any available basecalling models.

Please refer to the Post-run analysis section of the MinKNOW protocol for instructions on performing post-run basecalling.
