Run reports contain information about the sequencing run and include performance graphs. They are saved in an HTML format to allow for both online and offline report viewing. The reports are automatically generated at the end of a run but can be manually generated by clicking Export run report on the Experiments Page in MinKNOW. For more information about the content of run reports please refer to the Run report section of the MinKNOW protocol.

Past experiments remain available in MinKNOW interface through power cycles and software updates. By default, experiments from the last 7 days are shown, but this can be configured and past experiments can also be easily found using the Search box.
