How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your open, pending, invoiced, and canceled orders on your My Account.
You will be emailed a pre-shipment notification once your order is prepared for dispatch.
Once your order has left the warehouse, you will be notified via email with the tracking number.
If you need support joining an account, the Account Leader or Admin can send you an email invite to join the team, from their My Account.
