From January 2026:

• Support Plans will not be backdated.
• Devices out of plan for more than 30 days will require a chargeable Health Check and any repairs required will need to be paid for (for GridION/P2i/P24/P48), or a new device purchased (MinION Mk1D/P2 Solo) , before coverage can resume.
