Please try refreshing the screen by pressing Ctrl + R, or opening and closing the MinKNOW window, to see if this resolves the issue. If this fails, please make sure that the flow cell is properly inserted. You can try removing and re-inserting the flow cell in the same position. If that does not help, please try moving the flow cell to a different position (if available) and/or trying a new flow cell in the original position. If this fails to resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.

In the meantime, if a library has already been loaded on the flow cell, please store your flow cell with the loaded library in the fridge or recover the library from the flow cell following this protocol.
