Can I use EPI2ME Desktop on my computing cluster?
This is not recommended – only a single instance of the EPI2ME desktop application should be run on a single computer. The Nextflow workflows are suitable for running on clusters in a high-performance and distributed manner; this requires entering commands using the command line interface (CLI).
