We recommend making a fresh dilution of Rapid Adapter (RA) for each preparation and sequencing experiment.

Our sequencing kits contain sufficient excess reagent to ensure a fresh RA dilution can be made for each preparation.

If loading multiple flow cells in a single day, the diluted RA can be kept on ice or at 4ºC for multiple uses on the same day. We do not recommend storing diluted RA on ice or at 4ºC for longer than 12 hours.
