What are the cDNA-PCR sequencing kits (SQK-PCS114 and SQK-PCB114.24)?
The cDNA-PCR Sequencing Kits are used to prepare cDNA for nanopore sequencing from poly(A)+ RNA or total RNA. We offer a singleplex option for single-sample maximum output, and a multiplexing option for sequencing up to 24 samples simultaneously and lowering cost.
