No!
The V14 chemistry kits (such as SQK-LSK114) can only be run on R10.4.1 flow cells: FLO-FLG114 for Flongle, FLO-MIN114 for MinION / GridION and FLO-PRO114M for PromethION.
The legacy chemistry kits prior to V14 can only be run on R9.4.1 flow cells.
