What is the concentration of my RNA Control Strand (RCS) vial?

We have increased the concentration of the RNA CS (RCS) vials found in newer batches of SQK-RNA004 and EXP-RCS001.

For SQK-RNA004:

  • Batch RNA004.20.001 or older: Lower concentration of the RNA CS (RCS) vial: 15 ng/µl
  • Batch RNA004.30.0001 or newer: Increased concentration of the RNA CS (RCS) vial: 50 ng/µl

For SQK-RCS001:

  • Batch RCS001.10.0004 or older: Lower concentration of the RNA CS (RCS) vial: 15 ng/µl
  • Batch RCS001.20.0001 or newer: Increased concentration of the RNA CS (RCS) vial: 50 ng/µl
