How quickly do I need to put the light shield on my flow cell?
Internal experiments have shown as little as 10 mins of exposure to light is enough to affect the output of MinION R10.4.1 flow cells with a short read library. We recommend to ensure the light shield is applied to the flow cell immediately after loading the library for maximum benefit.
