No. The P2 Integrated has been designed to be able to interact with the sequencing software MinKNOW through the user interface on the touchscreen. However, you may want to use an external screen for accessing the Ubuntu desktop and applications other than MinKNOW.

To use an external screen the monitor (HDMI or DisplayPort compatible), keyboard and a mouse need to be plugged in before the device is turned on. They will not be recognized if plugged in when the device is turned on. Please note that the external display should not be turned off or unplugged whilst the device is turned on as this will result in a problem with the integrated screen (screensaver/energy saving is ok).
