What do the status LEDs indicate on the MinION Mk1D?
What do the status LEDs indicate on the MinION Mk1D?
The status LEDs provide information about the status of the device when it is plugged in to a computer and MinKNOW software is running.
)
When the device powers on, the LEDs change - yellow, amber, cyan then solid white.
White – no flow cell inserted Blue – flow cell inserted, script completed successfully Green (scrolling) – script running Red (flashing) – script finished with error
Note: the LED statuses are fully implemented in the MinKNOW 24.06.16 release , earlier releases will show a constant light cyan LED colour.
