Device warranty and storage

Once the goods have been delivered to you, please ensure to inspect the device. Contact support if there is any issue.

You can ensure your device is covered by selecting the relevant Software and Device Warranty on the Nanopore Store.

Once your device is covered, you will be notified closer to the time of renewal.

All purchased devices include 12 months of software and device warranty.

How should I store my device? We recommend your device(s) remain on a flat, clean surface to avoid any breakage or contamination.
