- Biography
Dr. Luke W. Meredith is a consultant working for the World Health Organization Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office. He advises public health laboratories on sustainable genomic surveillance implementation, including building local capabilities and developing genomic infrastructure. He holds a PhD in Virology and has over 10 years' experience in the use of genomic sequencing as a tool for public health in the academic, commercial, and public sectors, including in multiple complex outbreak situations.
